Ambrose was assigned to me vehicle and after estimate he went on vacation. I was never contacted on what was actually found and what the plan was until I received the bill. In addition I asked to have some scratched buffed out that I would pay personally for and eventhough this was discussed it was not performed

Process was stress free from beginning to end. Communication throughout kept me informed of vehicle status. Heather displayed professional courtesy and was kind during repair process. Absolutely fabulous service!! From the first phone call I experienced nothing but professional support and courtesy!! My vehicle was repaired earlier than stated and the rental car return was made even easier than I anticipated!! I really hope we don't meet again, but if necessary, I would not hesitate to return!!
