I asked for a quote to do additional repairs. Received the quote, approved the quote and when I went to pickup my vehicle when complete, the additional repairs were not done. I wanted these done while they had the truck torn apart for other repairs to minimize the price and down time. Now the repairs will take double the time and i will have to rent a vehicle while the repairs are done.
