Although, everyone I came in contact with was really nice, the repairs were not completed correctly the first time. A lot was out of alignment and the stripes were put on backwards. I had to leave it another week so those issues could be corrected. They used aftermarket parts that did not fit correctly. I still currently have to take it back to get the windshield washer kit replaced. I'm waiting on Jon to call me when he gets it. The hose for that come undone spray the washer fluid into the engine. It is utterly ridiculous how many times I have had to have items corrected. I came here because I had a great experience the first time I had to have a vehicle repaired but now I do not know if I will be back when the time comes.

Everyone working at Caliber Collision was super friendly, understandable and communication was always welcomed. These are the 3 top qualities companies are missing in today’s industries and I’m glad I came to your shop for excellent service and a job well done. You even went the extra mile and detailed my inside of my car when it’s not necessary but it was noticed and had to recognize how your company went above and beyond my expectations! :-)
