They were AMAZING!!! They not only repaired my beloved 2025 jeep wrangler but checked my entire vehicle for any other damage and brought attention to every single detail even just streaks from the car wash!!! They were all very respectful, knowledgeable and polite. The Gastonia location was rude and told me they couldn't give me a time estimate, said it could be months. The Belmont store gave me a time frame and even had it done earlier within a week!!! I genuinely could not have been happier!!

After my sideswipe accident I requested to take my car to Caliber Collison in Belmont. I dropped my car off in the rain and Heather inspected the damage. She explained everything that I needed to know about next steps and the process going forward. She had a rental rep. waiting to take me to Enterprise Car Rental. For the next week, I was updated at least twice a day and called as soon as it was ready. The accident was a pain to go through. However, my car repairs were fixed to manufacturing specs and Heather was an amazingly nice and professional person to work with on this. Thank you 👍

I was completely satisfied with my service after my accident. Heather did a great job helping me. I was kept informed about the progress of the job at least twice a day. Rental was ready as soon as I arrived and finished the initial inspection.
