My camera doesn’t work. My wiring to my lights is poorly wired. My paint job inside the wheel wells is non existent to the inside. And I have 0 time to reschedule with you to fix any of it so I guess I need to pay to fix it all again.

My paint job has started coming off less than a week after you painted it. And I can’t get it back to you until November so I guess you can buy me a new bed if it rusts

The experience was great from stsrt to finish!I highly recommend using Caliber for all your auto body needs.The whole staff was beyond helpful through the entire process.The work was completed in a fast professional manner.They even detailed the inside and outside of my truck!!!

I would recommend this location. The front office staff is super friendly and well-spoken. The locations are super far away from my workplace and home. I could have gone to the Caliber Collision Rogers since it was way closer to my house and workplace. The staff there was also super friendly but the main reason I came here was that I had State Farm. I was given the option to go to the Rogers Location instead but liked the service in Bentonville West. The Rogers location would have been more convenient. Yet I didn't mind the extra drive or the terrible on-sided traffic of Centerton. It was my first time dealing with an accident by myself. I to be completely honest was confused and super overwhelmed yet the staff reassured me that they would do a great job and customer satisfaction was their main priority. The staff is what I like to call good people. I would not mind working with them. I hope I do not have another accident any time soon but for some reason, if I do I will TOTALLY come back here again. No matter how far away it is from my house.

The location was clean and tidy. The bathrooms were super clean. I tend to judge a place by the state of their bathroom. I know a strange fact! I was happy with the repair of my car. The paint was done nicely and neatly. The color matched the rest of the car. I did not feel rushed while looking over the car. B. tested my lift gate which is no longer boom boom but woo woo!! The right and left side gaps were equal. They used OEM parts. I have been driving around town and the Blind-Spot Detection/Rear Cross Traffic System has been working great.

I received a phone call right away after making a State Farm claim. It was almost like 5 minutes. SUPER FAST! The staff was friendly and professional. I was greeted right away from the reception desk once entering. I had someone right away come out of their office and give me an estimate for the repairs. They were willing to listen and answer my questions. I did not feel rushed or ignored. They could get me in right away. I went to various collision centers in the area, and one of the reasons I chose this location was because of the nice customer service of D and PC. The staff is very knowledgeable about the services they provide. D was super friendly and had great phone etiquette. She is very personable. The manager (PC) kept me updated on the repairs of my car. He gave me cool Dad vibes. I received messages and phone call updates. They are more of an old-school customer service which is very unusual nowadays but super nice. I like complementary popcorn, candy, and cold water. There was also coffee if you like coffee. I did not state their name for privacy.

Everyone I spoke with about my car at this location was very nice. I was updated regularly as they promised and they even finished it early. I was very impressed that they washed my car. I noticed right away when I pulled into the parking lot and saw how shiny it looked! I think this is a really nice touch. I had to use another location in the past but selected this one because I wasn’t impressed with the other. I will recommend this location to anyone who asks and God willing I would need their services again I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We were happy with the great customer service, quick repairs that looked great and met our expectations. They also made sure the rental company came to get me or they offered to take me there themselves, no one else would do that. Lifetime guarantee on top of that, we would use time and again for any repairs
