I took my car in for a bumper repair and received a scratch on my rear driver door while at the body shop. They offered to repair it as the scratch was not there on drop off. I went to pick it back up a week later and the door looks wavy where they did the repair. This is the worst experience I have had with a body shop. I never expected my car to look worse than when I dropped it off
