I am very impressed with the service I received from the minute I came into the front door to the end of my visit. Everyone is very kind and make you feel welcomed. I loved getting a text each day with updates on my car repair and when they told me the time my car would be ready it was ready then. They did an amazing job on the physical repairs of my car and then cleaned my car. Thank you Caliber Collision West for your outstanding service.

Thank you for the job get done well. The front desk lady was a great cheer for her warm welcome and smiling approach to customers. The technicians could also have a little more pleasant approach when meeting the customers first time. The updates over texts, call were timely and prompt. The car was returned after a wash and cleaning which was a great gesture!
