Usually like calibur service ..but this Repair took entirely way too long.. wasnt happy to find out it took this long due to extra damage caused during the repair..but i get it unexpected issues happen sometimes and to add insult to injury ..some of the body replacement parts not securely/properly installed all the way. I did get a discount for inconvenience of the delay.. but Overall not a great experience

Sam (the woman who works the desk) was so great, I was going to pay out of pocket from an accident that happened 3 years ago and she recommended I reach out to the insurance I had at the time and thank God they ended up covering it!! So grateful for her help and her team, super genuine people. Whenever I had to sit in the lobby we always had great conversation and when people would come in she would always tend to their needs and make sure they were taken care of. Car came out looking brand new would recommend this place to anyone!
