For my first time dealing with this kind of experience, you guys made things fairly easy and simple. I appreciate and want to thank Sam, Jamal and Joe!! Gave me all the info I needed and answered any questions I had and made this experience go by smoothly. I want to especially thank Jamal, I hope I'm spelling it right. Since, I couldn't pick me up car on Friday, he came in on Saturday when it was closed to release my car to me! I appreciated that so much! Once he showed me my car my face lit up! My car was fixed like new and I couldn't be happier! Seriously, you guys are amazing people ❤

I was satisfied with the bodywork to my truck,I was not satisfied due to the mechanic work it was done I believe the property didn’t check the situation of the steering wheel right so for therefore I had to go to another body shop to get it approved and done I appreciate everything

This is the third time I’ve taken my car to Caliber Collision. They always take good care of my car and treat me with care. Joe, the manager, really went above and beyond. He made sure I had a ride home from the shop and even delivered my car when it was finished. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
