Amazing fast and friendly experience. I received constant updates on my car, and when dropping off and picking up my car I was taken care of immediately with little to no wait. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My car was returned to me on the estimated time and everything looks like it should. I know where to go next time I need some auto body work done.

Joe and Jim are both a pleasure to deal with. While the car accident was a bad experience, these gentlemen went out of their way to make the best out of a bad situation for me. They are both very kind and honest - which was refreshing and greatly appreciated. I will absolutely recommend Caliber, and specifically Joe and Jim, to family and friends.
