Repair was great. Customer service was better than good. However, when I picked up the car the truck was a mess and a lot of items from the trunk were placed on the back seat rather than in the trunk and finally, my handicapped placard was missing. I’m not accusing Caliper because the car went to Firestone for an alignment and other parts required. The repair as I mentioned early and the communication was terrific. My only critique is the way items from the trunk were placed on the back seat and trunk was left a complete mess. Customer service representative was fantastic keeping me informed of repair progress. I give her an “A” for her service. Some of your services however need some tweaking.

Repairs look wonderful. However when I went to pick it up turn signals were not working. Told to go to dealership and have repaired.dealership stated absolutely not take car back to caliber and have them fixed. Which I did. Signals worked prior to accident. Very disappointed they sent me on road with signals not working. Very dangerous. They were repaired and all is well.

Car looks awesome. Other then the looks the fronts tired scrap against the bumper and the fender way more aggressively than before the accident

Caliber called me first thing the morning after I dropped my car off and touched base with me immediately, they kept me in the loop the entire four days they had my car, and did a very professional repair job. You wouldn’t know I had damage at all.
