I had a great experience with this shop when they repaired my son's car. The process took about a week longer than expected due to external parts issues—Allstate required third-party parts before approving OEM/dealer options, which led to the first hood not fitting and the second arriving damaged. However, none of that was the shop's fault, and they handled it with total professionalism. What really stood out was their exceptional communication. They kept me updated every step of the way via both text and phone calls so I always knew what was happening with the insurance and shipping. They were incredibly conscientious with the final work, taking extra time to let the paint properly cure, test driving the car, making sure everything fit perfectly, and giving it a wash right before pickup. Highly recommend them for their honesty, patience, and top-notch customer service!

Keith was very professional. He explained step-by-step what was going to be done he asked if we had any questions he kept me informed as to what was being done with the vehicle when it would be ready, and if there were gonna be any delays, the ladies in the office were awesome and the work that was performed was beyond my expectations. The car looks like it did before it was ever hit, thank you very much to everyone at caliber collision in Blackwood.
