This is my 2nd repair at Caliber. The firat time they had to paint it twice because there were imperfections in the paint

The paint looks good but the taillight and tire were not fixed.

The tailight that was replaced by Caliber isnt working correctly (blinker doesnt work)and nothing was done about the front tire that wont hold air for more than 48 hours.

I was happy with the quick turnaround and feel the repair work was done well. Overall the process went smoothly. One minor disappointment was being told a small scratch would be fixed and then finding it wasn’t addressed. I understand it wasn’t part of the original repair, but clearer communication on that point would have been appreciated.
