The black panel to the left of the rear left door is not on properly. I can see some kind of putty compound at the top. The rubber seal on door jamb isn't laying properly. And what happened to my windshield washer fluid? I had just filled it and I went to use it and not a drop came out. And I have been cleaning that putty off the steering wheel cover, the top of that back window and on various spots on the car ?

The time schedule for the repairs was good. Customer service was also good. As far as quality goes, I was not happy! My license plates were not put back on and thrown in the front seat. My passenger side mirror was never replaced and still has white scratches on it from the accident and the clear armor for rock chips was installed very poorly!!! There is bubbles everywhere and looks like sh*t! I am not pleased with the service provided!

This is the second time we have taken one of our vehicles to Caliber. The team is second to none. The work this time came in a little higher than our budget, but Rob did everything he could to keep costs down and give us discounts where he could. Then on top of that, they delivered our car to our house, which was amazing because as a mother of two small kids, (during a pandemic!), time is valuable to us! It helped out so much! And as always, the work they did is quality work. Top notch. We will never go anywhere else.
