Overall Fantastic Experience Insurance company misbooked my appt to another repair center, but sent your information to me and to the car rental. You got me set up right away anyway. Walked me through the process, kept me informed where things stood in a timely manner, and took care of my rental for me. 😊 My vehicle looks brand new again. I was always kept in the loop with how repairs were com in my along with my vehicle, that was important for me. Also, when my car was finished they dropped my car off at my place of work, which made it much more convenient for me and my busy schedule. Overall the Blaine shop corrected all of the mistakes that were made by the abra shop in St. Louis Park, so even though I was without my car for longer than I hoped, at least my car looks great!
