Body work is good, however their attention to detail on fully connecting all the replaced pieces was lacking. They didn’t clip the wheel cover on properly and it was lost on my first drive after getting my car back from the shop.

Completion date was pushed later 4 times. After receiving the car back, the old damaged piece was left in the vehicle and the wheel cover fell off within a few miles of driving. The shop did comp me a rental... but only after I asked for it after having my return date pushed several times.

Customer service was great and nowadays that seems harder and harder to find, so kudos to whomever has made this a priority! Everyone was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Jorge was polite, explained everything and delivered as promised. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and my car! You went above and beyond by cleaning the inside of my car. We had our minivan repaired and although the tech was kind and helpful, it took much longer to get our van back than we had anticipated. We waited 2 weeks for an appointment and then our van was there for 10 weeks.
