I loved being updated almost daily regarding the process. Check in was quick and check out was also very efficient. I really appreciated the attention to detail including trying out third party parts but recognizing they would not align so swapping them out for OMPs. I felt treated with respect and appreciation for my business. I would definitely use Caliber Collision again in a heartbeat.

The great communication by Ashley saved my experience. The overall repairs took way too long, however the company made up for it by covering my rental. I’m thankful for that. The car looks good so far.

I wish they had been upfront with me about the length of time it would take. They made it sound as if a painter was hired and would start that week, which appears to be untrue.
