The text communication was helpful. Although as it got closer to me picking up my car and I would ask when it was ready I wasn't always given an answer. There was a significant delay in getting the paint job done which left me without my vehicle for over a week longer than expected. Due to this, Caliber paid for the final 4 days of my rental which I truly appreciated.
