After I picked up my truck, I noticed the rear bumper was not aligned properly. I contacted them by text but it was after hours on a Friday and they didn't get back to me until Monday morning (as I expected). They asked me to bring it in and I did. I was told it would be about an hour so my wife and I went shopping. When we got back to Caliber, my truck was waiting for me. I took a long look at the bumper and was gratified to see it how it should be. I thanked the rep, we shook hands and I left with a smile. Great work. Great customer skills. Great experience all around. I highly recommend them.
