Caliber does a great job. Not only do they do a fantastic job of repairing our vehicle, but the surrounding process is super easy. I spent maybe 10 minutes dealing with everything from scheduling the appointment, coordinating drop off/pick up, rental car, paperwork, and paying my deductible. They took care of all coordination between my insurance company, and the rental car company. My time is valuable and they understood this.
