Kendra gave me an estimate that I thought was reasonable based on past experience.i dropped my car off on a Monday morning expecting to pick it up later in the week before the weekend. I was very surprised to get a message the next morning that my car was completely repaired (replace and paint the front bumper and re-calibrate any involved systems). When I examined the work the bumper looked brand new and matched the rest of the car exactly. Finally, I noticed that they had washed the car including the all-weather floor mats! I thought that was a very nice touch. I'm not hesitant to give this Caliber Collision shop five stars. P.S. - I have used this shop a couple times in the past and they continue to impress.

I honestly can’t say enough about the excellent service , and communication I experienced from caliber collision. Two different shops had to be involved in my Range Rover’s repair and both shops made the experience seamless, and pleasant. .. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and kind. During this process, I never had to wonder what was going on because the text updates were point on.. I had things explained in detail to me so I could fully understand my options, all the while receiving no pressure to upgrade services or spend more than needed.. I really felt that everybody I dealt with at collision caliber enjoyed their job, loved helping people through the process and that 100% customer satisfaction was their primary goal... Every interaction left me feeling like I was the most important customer they had… do you know how rare that is to find in a company today? I would highly recommend this company to anybody and I am not just blowing smoke here. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a company from start to finish there was no hiccups, not one!
