Took 2-1/2 weeks to get an appointment for an estimate but once the estimate and repair started the work was done well and efficiently. Rental car was ready when the car was brought in and dropped off when picking up the car - very convenient.

I had the absolute BEST service I’ve ever received from a body shop at the Caliber Collision in Bloomington. They did an incredible job on my repair work and I when I got my car back, it was cleaner than when I had purchased it from the dealership years ago! Shoutout to Dale for the incredible and professional work he, he was so kind and kept me up to date on everything they were doing. I have repairs I need done from an accident that was not related to the one I just went in for and I am going to be calling him at Caliber Collision to get it fixed. I could give him a 15 I would! Such great work, Thank you all so much!!
