Work was never completed. Bodywork was unacceptable. Paint work was very poor. Pieces that were broken were never installed; shop ordered and still has. Refused to repair correctly. Horrible experience.

The original time estimate was much higher than the actual turn around time was. I had to plan for being without my car for much longer than I actually needed to and it caused some problems with my rental. Caliber was good at giving frequent updates and keeping an open line of communication. Overall very pleased.

Jim at Caliber provided excellent Service, a was lthough thr car took longer than what I was told it would to get repaired. My only negative comment is that the text messages I received with updates were sometimes contradictory, although the correct message would eventually come through.

the performance was very good. I was initially discouraged as i was told it would be almost a month before they would even start work on my vehicle. it was a huge surprise when i got the call the next day after recieving my vehicle that they had already started the tear down. This was my first damage/repair claim ever so I didnt really know what to expect. Repairs seemed very efficient, and they kept me updated weekly with progress on my car. We were very happy to get our vehicle back in a timely fashion. For being my first experience with something like this. I was very happy with the outcome
