I had the best experience with Caliber for my recent car repairs! I went into Caliber for an estimate on the damage done to my car from a small fender bender and I was in and out of the shop within 30 minutes. When I brought my car in for the actual repair two weeks later I was at the shop no longer than 45 minutes. The staff at Caliber were professional and efficient. They answered all my questions and made sure I had all the information for my repair and what to expect with timing. From the day my car went in for repairs to the day I picked it up Caliber kept me informed. They called 3 separate times over 7 days to let me know what stage they were at with the repair. Because I work a 9-5 they often had to leave voice messages. Their voice messages were always clear and greatly appreciated since I often didn’t have time to call them back. When I went to pick up my car I was in the shop for 15 minutes. The repair rep walked me out to my car and explained what repairs had been made. To top off all this great service they even detailed the inside of my car. Caliber was great to work with and I would recommended them to all my friends and family. If I ever have another car repair I’ll be going to Caliber.

Very friendly, but was just told to sign the Waiver so they could use not OEM parts....not the way to do that, also seemed like communication between insurance and the shop was poor
