The team was great to work with, because I was traveling, we even saved the cost of a rental car. The repairs look great, I drove the car yesterday and didn't notice any issues with how it drove. I brought my car to the S Lyndale location and was told that it needed to be moved for repair. I later then was texted to pick up my car up. I had called the S Lyndale location the day before and the day of to alert or my arrival as I had little time to spend picking my car up that week. I arrived at the S Lyndale location and they couldn’t locate my car. After some digging, they realized someone forgot to make a note that it needed to be brought back to the original location for pickup, so I had to drive further to a different location to get my car. Just pretty inconvenient as the hours are difficult already to get a car when I work an 8-5 and the communication wasn’t the best.

Kendra was great at communicating with me throughout the repair process and she made me feel confident I was in good hands. She went above and beyond. I also appreciate how well my car was cleaned on the inside. As a mother of a 1 year-old, and a very hairy dog, I've struggled to keep up with cleaning my car. Thank you! You made me feel cared for during a stressful time!
