How fast you fixed my vehicle surprised the heck out of me. It was about one week and I was told I would be without a truck for two weeks. The color match was spot on and happy with the overall service of the staff involved. Highly recommend to people who ask me and will definitely come see you with any body work I need done. To be honest after seeing the car when the work was finished, I feel like it may have been a bit rushed. I know it can be difficult to get the color perfectly matched but there’s a noticeable difference between the hood and front bumper. Also the passenger side headlight alignment is a bit off, and one other thing I noticed is a bit of over spray on the grill area of the front bumper. These things along with the completion date being changed from the 20th to the 15th just makes it seem like it was possibly rushed a bit. Other than that everything was great, the people who worked with me were great and communication was excellent. Just wish the end result would have turned out better.

I wish there had been more transparency from the start about the time it would take. I understand why it took so long, but when we originally dropped the car off I didn’t know what to expect. Even saying something vague like “these repairs can take awhile because of the multiple parts/installation/calibration.” In addition, our car ended up taking a few days longer than the estimated time, so we were without our car for over 3 weeks. Once the car was being worked on the communication was clear and we are satisfied with the work done.
