I've been fortunate not to have been involved in an accident in 40 years of driving. I can now say that once the unexpected occurred, I was also fortunate that Caliber was recommended for repair! Everyone on the team that I came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. My care was repaired faster than I expected and looked as good as before my accident. Keeping us up to date on the progress during the repair was very helpful. Just wished that I had the opportunity to personally shake hands with the outstanding technicians that put in the hard work. Would definitely recommend Caliber to friends and family.

My experience was great. The communication was good. They cleaned my car out before returning it which was really appreciated! They even helped us out when my payment didn’t go through (because of restrictions on the card) overall great experience would recommend.

Ethan was extremely helpful in explaining the process when I first dropped it off and when I picked it up, he even helped me transfer my belongings from the rental to my van...in the rain. He is great. I also appreciate the update texts along the way.

I have not had time to have evaluation of repairs done. I am not happy that the final charge was 3 times the original quote. I am not satisfied that the time estimate was much longer than quoted. The automated texts were not accurate either. Would I recommend this location? Probably not.
