Daniel Meza handled our repairs very professionally. He kept us updated and the timeline was exactly as stated to us in the beginning. The repairs look perfect. Everyone at this location was very friendly. I really appreciated the caliber staff returned our rental to enterprise for us…very convenient. When we brought our vehicle, Daniel arranged for our rental vehicle…again very convenient. This prevented us from getting to enterprise and hearing they had no vehicles. Highly recommend Caliber Bloomington

First and probably most is important was the amazing customer service from Tessy the Service Advisor. She was very friendly and thorough with telling me how the process was going to go. Even with the amount of contact I've had throughout the weeks was just perfect and the added messages and calls from Tessy kept me up to date. I never had a worry about how my car was coming along or what it took to fix my car. The work done by the technicians made the damaged bumper I had look brand new, better than how I had it prior. To top it off Tessy went above and beyond, she ordered the third party emblem, which is just a different colored badge, I had on my bumper prior and will get it shipped to me

The rep was very professional and helpful. Because it was m first time having the insurance pay for the damage I wasn’t sure what exactly how everything worked but he was super helpful and explained everything clearly and I’m really happy with the service
