I have to bring my car back. My grill on the car is hanging off the top by the hood of the car as if it wasn’t connected. I’m afraid it may come off while driving. unfortunately they close before I get off so I have to wait to Monday

I am extremely thankful for such an incredible team. I truly appreciate the wonderful communication I’ve had throughout the entire repair experience. Although we are still having some delays with the insurance, the team has made sure to do everything possible to get the issue resolved. Thank you Blue Island team for all that you do.

I waited to write this review until I actually received the replacement light because, based on my experience, I honestly wasn’t sure whether expressing my concerns beforehand could negatively impact the completion of my repair. First, I want to say that the actual body work on my vehicle looks amazing, and I am very pleased with the quality of the repair itself. Unfortunately, the customer service and communication at the Caliber Collision location on Wireton Road were a completely different experience. During the repair, Caliber broke a light on my vehicle. I understand that mistakes happen, but what bothered me was the lack of communication afterward. I was not proactively informed that something Caliber damaged was now causing a delay in completing my vehicle. Instead, I repeatedly had to reach out for updates. I was then told the replacement light would be taken care of on Tuesday, 8/26. I received no call letting me know whether the light had arrived or what the next steps were. Once again, I had to reach out myself on 8/27, only to be told, “Oh, it arrived, we were just looking at the light,” and that I could come in the following day. There was no apology for the lack of communication or acknowledgment that I had once again been left to follow up myself. What made the experience even more uncomfortable were my interactions with Jarod Smith and Brian Radz. Over four separate visits, I repeatedly walked into the location without being greeted or acknowledged, which made me feel extremely unwelcome. On the fourth visit, Brian finally said, “I’ll be with you shortly.” Prior to that, I had gone through three visits without basic acknowledgment unless I initiated the interaction myself. When I arrived today at my scheduled appointment time to finally have the light replaced, Brian told me no one was there yet and that he would see if a technician could do it. Considering this appointment was specifically scheduled to correct something that was damaged during Caliber’s repair, that was another frustrating moment. Maybe this is simply the culture at this location and the customer service is naturally dry, but after four separate visits, it became difficult to dismiss the repeated lack of acknowledgment as an isolated interaction. Basic courtesy, communication, and accountability should be part of the customer experience—especially when a customer is already being inconvenienced because of an issue caused during the repair. Again, the body work itself looks great, and I want to give credit where it is due. Unfortunately, the communication and customer service surrounding the repair made what could have been a positive experience unnecessarily frustrating and left me feeling unwelcome as a customer.

I gave it a low rating because the keeping the customer in the “know” could’ve been better. I understand due to weather certain things couldn’t take place but informing the customer of said set backs would’ve been nice.

Yes I am satisfied with restoration of my vehicle and in the time period it was completed however l will be looking forward to call on a order item that closes the square gap right above the tailpipe on my bumper plate. I was told it should arrive in about two weeks and I will receive a call for the piece to be installed. Thank you guys for awesome customer service ….retired United States Navy veteran Mr William H Warren Jr
