The exterior work looks good, with the exception of some paint on a tail light that the shop is removing for me. The biggest disappointment was the upholstery job on the driver’s seat. It is lumpy with uneven seams. When compared to the passenger seat, which is the original, factory installed seat, it looks terrible. The car is only a year old and is a lease. I cannot accept less than perfect on a leather seat.

Kept me apprised and informed throughout the process, until the very end. Promises were made of delivery dates and then extended several times to the point where I arranged my work schedule expecting the car to be done and it was not. I think being clearer about when to expect the car back (instead of promising best case scenario like they did, promise worst case scenario instead). Would have saved me some time.
