Even though they weren't able to work on the vehicle. I had a difficult vehicle claim a horrible one through progressive due to something that wasn't our fault but Courtney at the front desk did the most best to help us and she deserves.a RAISE for her customer service for how wonderful she was! I truly appreciate her for what she did for us
