It took over 3 weeks to change a door. Totally unacceptable. I tried to convince the manager Jade that I did not want my vehicle sitting in the lot for a week before repairing. It sat for over 2 weeks before ordering the door. I had to listen to sarcasm and condescending comments from the front desk that almost pushed me over the edge. I will not recommend Caliber to anyone.

My only concern was my Rearview mirror that has the 'brains' for my lights All of a sudden has fallen apart, the plastic case that holds the 'brains' / Mother board was hanging down from the rearview mirror! there was No problem prior to this! a week after getting my SUV back.

I liked how oI was kept up to date on everything that was happening to my car, along with the date I was going to receive it back. I also liked how I was able to leave my rental at Caliber, and they would return it to Enterprise for me. Made my day a lot less stressful.
