Jim Peace was excellent. He was very competent, explained everything fully, and was very personable. The office manager, with whom I spoke several times was also very nice and competent. I’m glad I took my car to Caliber in Boerne. Oh! By the way, the repair on my car is not even slightly apparent. Thank you for the good work.

My concerns about damage to the front end were ignored. Multiple retaining clips on the bumper were not installed. The inside door panel on the passenger side sliding door is falling off. Poor workmanship and attention to detail.

Extremely poor workmanship. Failure to address/repair cv axel that was damaged in collision. Multiple components not attached properly. Dents and scratches painted over. Parts literally falling off vehicle one day after picking up. We were basically forced to pick up an incompletely repaired vehicle. and then our claim was immediately closed.

I was never given an opportunity to examine the quality of repairs and never signed any sort of acceptance of completion of repairs. Even though the repairs were not properly completed in the first place, I am now being forced to try and get my vehicle fixed under the warranty program.
