I am completely satisfied with my experience with Caliber Collision. My adjuster, Amy,, kept me informed regularly about the progress of the repairs. I would like to compliment everyone there in the work that was done. If ever I have the opportunity, I will recommend your company for their high standards and professionalism. I see that you all go above and beyond to make your customers happy. Amy made me feel very comfortable by reassuring me that everything would be OK. She was right. Everyone there treats the customers with respect and are personable. The waiting area is extremely clean and offers coffee and water in a relaxed atmosphere. I have no complaints whatsoever only good things to say about your company.

Excellent service, a great place to have your automobile repairs completed to perfection.. Through the whole process, the communication between the adjuster and the customer is fantastic. Not super stoked. Took 5 business days to replace a small piece of plastic on my front bumper. Made me leave my truck there instead of waiting for the part and dropping it off when the part arrived. Called me 15 minutes before they closed on a Friday to pick it up. Somehow my front headlight also got replaced which I never agreed to. Ended up with a $900 bill for a $80 piece of plastic. Not going back. Stop sending me emails asking for my opinion.

Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Amy explained all the steps required to fix my car and we were stunned. On the anticipated pick up day of called to get a time I did not get a call back. Ten family members had to cancel our flight plans because we needed the car for transportation but I got update time with later times. Great to have but certainly not what we wanted to hear. The car repair was great but the consideration for the human use of the car was not. Car rating perfection, human factor early on A+. Human factor later 90.

Caliber provides an excellent service for customers stressed out over having a wreck and dealing with insurance. The shop is. Very clean. The staff are very pleasant to work with. They even took me home and picked me up when they were finished. Superior service.

Amy took care of us and the car. Some delays with calibrating the sensors, but outside her control, and she did what she could to move things along. Car looks great and is squeaky clean.
