Service advisor, Mrs. A. Wood, was transparent from start to finish. No surprises of any items that would have needed attention. Receptionist Sandra was also professional inthat when I initially arrived that inspite that she was on her way out for the day she took upon herself of addressing my concern to detail as well.. Good front desk crew & well informed customer service Reps….!!

Amy Wood at Caliber did an amazing job of keeping us up to date on the status of our vehicle as it was being repaired and going over the repairs with us when we picked it up. She was super attentive and helpful with any questions we had, and you could tell that she really knows her technicians skills by the way she spoke of them.
