From the start, the staff at Caliber were amazing. Mercedes at the front desk has been so attentive and great about following through. Leann is a gem. She was super easy to talk to. She understood our needs and she was super great at timely and clear communication. The paint job was fantastic. I’d definitely return to this location for repairs.

Clear coated over existing rock chips immediately adjacent to area bodyworked on the hood (with 1 inch of affected area). Body gaps on bumper were bad and had to be reworked. Terrible communication on when vehicle would be done and actual complete dates. When bumper cover gaps were reworked it took multiple days, with missed deadlines, no calls based on misses and then when told it was done fender rubs on the driver door.

Team was courteous but actual communication was terrible. Initially when called that the car was done, I called to confirm and GM said not done. I said ok, and expected a call the next day. Call came 2 days later saying sorry. Gm was wrong and car was done.

I mean the hope is always to not to have to have repair and body work done on your car but if I had to again I would definitely choose caliber

After being involved in an auto accident, the other party’s insurance company recommended Caliber Collision, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience\. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless\. The team at Caliber Collision was professional, friendly, and thorough\. They kept me informed throughout the repair process, completed the repairs quickly, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way\. What impressed me most was how smoothly everything was coordinated\. They worked directly with the rental car company, had my rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my vehicle, and when my repairs were complete, I was able to return the rental right at Caliber Collision\. They even handled getting the rental back to the rental company, which made the entire experience incredibly convenient\. Being involved in an accident is stressful, but Caliber Collision made the repair process as easy and worry\-free as possible\. I truly had the best experience considering the circumstances, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.
