I mean the hope is always to not to have to have repair and body work done on your car but if I had to again I would definitely choose caliber

After being involved in an auto accident, the other party’s insurance company recommended Caliber Collision, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience\. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless\. The team at Caliber Collision was professional, friendly, and thorough\. They kept me informed throughout the repair process, completed the repairs quickly, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way\. What impressed me most was how smoothly everything was coordinated\. They worked directly with the rental car company, had my rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my vehicle, and when my repairs were complete, I was able to return the rental right at Caliber Collision\. They even handled getting the rental back to the rental company, which made the entire experience incredibly convenient\. Being involved in an accident is stressful, but Caliber Collision made the repair process as easy and worry\-free as possible\. I truly had the best experience considering the circumstances, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.

Albeit the quality if repair looks good. The lack of communication and not even get the spare placed back under the truck. (Had to do that myself) with the excuse that they couldn't find the tire tools is not an indication of good customer service.

Communication could have been a lot better. Along the process several issues occured and it kept extending the completion date. Notification of these would have been nice to know earlier. I had to text or call to get updates.

Leeann was my service advisor and I could not have been happier with the service. She gave me periodic updates throughout the repair process. Gave me an estimated date of repair which she had mostly done 2 days prior to that date and I picked it up a day earlier than what the vehicle was estimated to take for repair. My truck was even fueled and cleaned beyond what I would’ve ever expected. This Is the type of service worthy of repeat business. Thanks!

Completely satisfied. Leeann did an incredible job as my service advisor providing me with regular updates throughout the process without my even asking for them. My vehicle was ready 2 days prior to the estimated date of completion and a close personal friend of mine who is a service manager for a luxury service shop up in Austin had nothing but good things to say after seeing my truck once it had been repaired. I’ll definitely return to this location for similar needs in the future.. Great job guys… Thanks!
