Leanne was perfect, she turned a sour situation into something positive. She handled everything and made the process very stress free. They even cleaned the inside of my truck which was very much needed so in fact my truck was returned to me in better shape than before the accident.

I was disappointed with communications concerning status of repairs I don't want to seem petty, but considering this was a $15k repair job, Caliber should have replaced all fasteners and cleaned under the hood before releasing the car.

The entire front of the house was great! Cesar was particularly helpful setting expectations even when finding out there was a discontinued assembly kit. The boys in the back did a fantastic job fixing my rear bumper and cameras. The cleanup was even better than I left it. Great job to everyone I dealt with at Caliber
