Allen and Oscar were both amazing throughout this whole storm of my truck getting broken into. Allen got me in swiftly and they both communicated with me throughout this process to let me know how my truck was coming along. I am very satisfied with the staff there to include Gabby who is always smiling. I hope I never have to go through this again, however if i do, this will be the only shop I take my vehicle too due to Allen and Oscar. They truly care about the customer and it shows from cradle to grave of the process. I can’t thank them enough. They are amazing at what they do and have earned a lifetime customer here. Scott R.

There is a famous saying that people will drive miles to complain but won’t cross the street or compliment, however for Allen, Oscar and Gabby i would do the exact opposite. It was an unfortunate circumstance that I met these amazing and caring workers. My truck was broken into and I called Caliber Collision and spoke with Allen and he kept me comfortable and in communication with me from cradle to grave. The service was amazing along with the work done to my f150. Good things come out of bad times and the good that came out of my truck being broken into was meeting these great people who truly care about their customers. I can’t thank this team enough and would not go anywhere else. Thank you Allen, Oscar and. Gabby for turning a tragic time into a phenomenal experience.
