The rep, Oscar, provided stellar customer service, as well as did his boss. They kept me informed daily of the progress. The car looked fantastic when I picked it up. I would absolutely recommend this caliber collision for any repair service needed.

This Caliber Collision office was great to work with! From the very start, they took care of everything which made the process of getting my new car repaired much easier! Scheduling, communication & the actual work done was superb!!! They even handled getting the rental car to me and getting it back to Enterprise! Seamless!!!!

I think the work on it looked amazing and everyone was so nice. I appreciated all the updates on when my car would be finished. It took much longer than I was first told, but I understand that some things are out of your control.

Y'all were amazing and very friendly and welcomed me with open arms. You guys did an amazing job on my car and looked just like new from the dealership when I first bought it 8 years ago.
