Upon picking up my car I had a new windshield crack appx 18 inches long. I understand that sometimes small chips might expand in the sun but I thought this was excessive and could have at least been documented or noticed by staff. When I asked about it I was brushed off. There was also multiple dead bugs on the dashboard of my car which were not there when I dropped it off and I would have appreciated if they had been cleaned up. As for the repair itself, I had a new tailgate installed and there is a piece of plastic loose inside of it that rattles when it is open or shut. I feel that this also should have been noticed and fixed, unfortunately as I no longer have a rental car provided by insurance I feel dropping it off to get fixed might cost me more than it’s worth.

I do think the customer service was good and I appreciated updates as the repair went on and how quickly my questions were answered. My final interaction with staff about the repair and the new windshield crack caused me to lower the score.

Was a few days longer than expected but Isa explained to me that the paint line wasn’t done to satisfaction so did not want to leave my car with less than perfection. I appreciate that you took the extra time to ensure a job well done!

Isa was incredible with communication anf transparency throughout the duration of the repairs. My biggest appreciation is toward the effort to ensure the car left in PERFECT condition. Many places will cut corners to get a job done quicker, but the vehicles we take home hold our families and loved ones inside. I would prefer a longer repair knowing my family will be safe! Greatly appreciate Isa seeking out salvaged parts to keep the cost of the repairs as low as possible given my car is 16 yrs old, and it ran the risk of being totaled. She was able to keep the cost down and the insurance company covered the repairs. She also sent me regular text updates on the repair progress. The team at Caliber Collision clearly take pride in their work. My car was repaired to its original condition.
