The repair seems to have gone very well. Only issue was I had some sort of spots all over the hood of my vehicle. Looks like either soap or some sort of wax not buffed out or washed off.

I didn’t get updated as frequently as I would have liked. My vehicle return date was changed I believe 3 times. I had a 30 day rental policy. Thankfully we picked up our rental vehicle a week later. The day I got my vehicle back I asked about a pick up time twice with no response. I ultimately showed up and was able to get the vehicle. This was the last day I could have possibly picked it up without having to either pay out of pocket for my rental or be without a rental. Again this was a 30 day rental with an extra 7 days since I picked it up a week later. Staff were always very nice.

The staff is what I really LOVED the absolute most. They were super welcoming, informative, attentive, and helpful. The overall repairs to my car was over the top. My car looked like the day I purchased it from Orr Kia. Thank you all and I will be recommending you guys to other people I know.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional. Customer Service was outstanding!! Cameron did a super job of explaining. The reason for not getting my car back on time was because Statefarm made them order a part that wouldn't fit. The original Service manager did not communicate with me. I h ad to go to Statefarm and they got Cameron involved. Communication went well after that. I was also impressed with the entire facility. Even in the back where I got some things out of my car. We'll done Caliber!!
