I am missing 2 plastic rivets that hold my air intake to the frame. Otherwise, the repair seems to be good. The overall process was long but between supplement for claim, workload and parts availability, I guess it was OK.

What we bought our truck to you looked find , but you broke something while you were fixing it and was unprofessional when we bought it back to you. And when we took to the dealership to get repaired found you had accidentally cut or broke wires behind and didn’t want to take responsibility, not only that the repair from dealership was done and when it was proven that it happen there the young lady that was helping us would not pay the bill she waited until You closed and you guy’s do not communicate about during the process .

I had a great experience. Everyone knew how to do their job well. Everyone was polite. And also communicated with my insurance company and Toyota to insure the work that I needed to get done, did get done. If I have any issues with my car I'd gladly bring my car back here.
