I found the staff not only skilled but also incredibly communicative and adept at helping to understand what was happening throughout the process. From the receptionist, to the manager, to the mechanics, everyone was professional, kind, and efficient. The Boulder location on Arapahoe was very nice to us. The completion date changed a number of times but they eventually got it done. The paint job on the wheel fenders looks off, not very good and I have not yet talked to them about it as I only saw the car yesterday. The caliber collision group we spoke to initially were condescending to my wife and gave her inaccurate information on how the process works. We almost went somewhere else except Ann at the Boulder location was nice. I doubt I would use caliber again.

The communication with Calibur Collision was horrible. They failed to observe requests we made. When we were told the truck was ready we arrived only to find out none of the extra work we asked for was completed and we had to wait again for parts and the repair. When we finally received the truck back there was their trash in the bed of the truck and that evening when in use the window fell down into the door. We would not recommend Calibur Collision of Boulder.
