The worst service experience I think I have ever had. The estimate we received was 5 to 7 days. After dropping off the vehicle, that immediately jumped to 15 days. After one delay or another, you kept my vehicle for 23 days. Not the experience I was expecting from a large entity like Caliber.

I don’t remember her name but the woman who managed my repair was simply delightful. Everybody was wonderful honestly. Very happy. I can’t believe I got my car back the same day

The teams that put my Subaru impreza sport back together are real good at what they do. They had to fix the front right frame and repair/ replace a lot of internal/external body parts. The car now looks like new and handles tight like it should. Thank the teams for me.

Car repair was fine. Removal of personal items (side pockets,etc) for detailing & not returned was disappointing . Gift card provided for replacements = inconvenience for me. Car proposed date & communication were fine. Received car 3 days early Removal of personal items leaves a bad impression. Knowing this was going to happen would have been helpful to know ahead of time like full gas tank
