Communication about the completion was not very smooth, but since I wasn't in a rush to get my car, it wasn't a big deal. However, the completion date slipped and I was not notified. Then, after I had my car back and completed the checkout process, I got a text that my car would be ready for pick up soon. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming.

The repair took far longer than we were told it would and we received messages along the way saying the car was almost done. We were expecting the car to be ready in a week and instead it took a month. That was a pretty big time difference! We understand that the power outage caused a delay, but that was already past when we were expecting the car back, and unfortunately it still took 3 weeks past the power outage closure. The work looks good though and we appreciate that.
