The car looks phenomenal. There was some communication errors with my insurance, Caliber, and me, but other than that the process went smoothly. The car was also done sooner than the original completion date which was nice.

So many things were annoying and awful during the SIX WEEKS that Caliber had my car to fix a simple dent in the bumper/tailgate from a rear ending accident. I don't even feel like detailing all of them here because I'm still so mad.

Repair was fine, the rest of the car was trashed. This will probably be the last time I take my car to Caliber. I've had many repairs done there, I've never had a car returned in this condition. Service adviser was unhelpful.
