The front desk staff, as well as the young man who did the work did excellent jobs of communication with me-- beyond what I expected. I especially appreciate the young man for his non-patronizing manner towards me, 70 year old woman

After a few reminders the the inside need extensive cleaning due to coffee being thrown during the impact of accident. I picked up my vehicle to find coffee all over the place. I also notified them of a part that feel out of the glove compartment, I put it in the cup holder at the time of the accident. It was still there when I picked up. I will have to take my vehicle back. THe outside looks beautiful and the technician was extremely nice, but I was overall pretty bummed as I have to take the vehicle back in next week. These were both preventable issues.

they had installed the wrong bumper, did not fix the tail light or gas cap, did not fix the bumper at all, and there was wax all over the exterior of my car
