There several mistakes with the work: some involved replacement parts being broken, or lack of attention to the manner in which one repair caused/overlooked damage to another part of the car.

They communicated well with us and they worked hard to get our vehicle taken care of as quickly as they could. My concern is that we had to mention to them how hard my husband hit the ditch and did they look underneath? That resulted in them finding the rear axle needing replaced. Shouldn't they have noticed that and checked that from the beginning?
