Damage repaired well, but now I have a new warning light to deal with

The repair went fine, but after “recalibration” (which I think was sublet out to a 3rd party) I now have a new warning light to check into. Also, the final cost was WAY more then the original estimate.

$250 to calibrate the backup camera was an excessive extra fee. I could see $50 or $100 but $250 is surprisingly very high and I was not told about the extra fee until the work was done. That was a 25% increase to the total estimate

This is the third time I have worked with Caliber. Working with Joey and Brian is a real pleasure and they just make a bad situation so much easier to deal with. They go out of their way to make sure I am completely happy with all the work. They even took my car back in and wet sanded and polished it to make sure I was totally satisfied and the paint job looked better than a factory finish.
